on my pc and i don’t know how they got on my pc or how to get them off and if it is a virus how do i get rid of it?

It’s not a virus, but it slows down your computer and you don’t want it. get something like ad-aware.

I have AVG Free, Norton Internet Security, Ad-Ware SE Personal, and SBC Yahoo Anti Spy ware. Some how the Trojan Horse BD.Agent.2.H still managed to get threw. It is taking over my whole system a little at a time. Does any body out there have any ideal of a way that I can get rid of this with out costing me any money. I do not work any where at all. You can read my profile to know what is going on with me now. I need help here with this. If need be I will talk to someone over the phone to talk me threw this problem as I know very very little about computers. Please someone, will you please help me out, I use this computer all the time. Please help me if you can.
None of these answers have helped me out yet. Most of which I don’t understand, as I have said, I don’t know anything about computers. Ever place that I have went to that was suggested does cost money. Maybe not the scan part but to get rid of what is there..does cost money. Please I need help here. I don’t know what I am doing?
My computer is getting slower and slower, PLEASE HELP ME!

AVG should clean it, BUT you need to turn off System Restore first. Turn off system restore boot in safe mode. Do a full system scan with avg, then ad-aware. After it clean everything boot back up normal check things out. Then if you wish turn your System Restore back on. If you need help e-mail me @
