The first one (PandaCloud) is really good. Much better than Norton or AVG, which kept crashing my PC. Both are free, but the second one is limited. The first is completely free.

Good luck, and happy surfing! :)

Yeah , there are three such as given below .

    Avast – http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
    AVG – http://download.cnet.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html
    Avira – http://download.cnet.com/Avira-AntiVir-Personal-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10322935.html?tag=mncol

take a look at each of them and see what you have in your opinion , and download the same .

In my opinion , Avira is slightly better , for it’s detection rate is better than avast or AVG .

    Good Luck

    Avast 5
Avast offers a really solid protection against threats. It has protection against anti-spyware & anti root-kit. Using it’s Web Shield the computer is protected against browser hijacks blocking access of hijacked websites. also features a heuristics engine and a Gaming Silent mode. The Mail Shield protects the computer from infected email messages, while it’s Instant Messaging Shield protects the system from IM threats. It supports a lot of IM clients like Windows Live Messenger, AOL, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger and others. Another great feature is the Peer-to-Peer Shield, which scans all the files downloaded with P2P clients. Some of the supported clients are: LimeWire, Ares, DC, BitLord. Avast has a Behavioral Shield which monitors the system for any suspicious behavior, and it’s Network Shield monitors the network activity in order to stop virus from infecting the system.

Hi there ,I have to regretfully say that there is no free anti virus which provides you protection from the threats and trojans, virus, phishing attacks and more…..in fact free anti virus only detect and delete viruses and not trojans ,adwares, malwares, phishing attack scripts.

Because :the free anitivirus DO NOT have an option of upgrading themslelves from time to time…which means ,new viruses and malwares go undetected by them.

And since it seem syou have your own PC you need an internet security suite NOT ONLY ANTIVIRUS …..hence I would suggest you download this software and rate it on your own experience : http://bit.ly/cdQUuU

    P.S : its a trial download

Just personal opinion of course. I use Avast , I have also got superantispyware and Malwarebytes. I recently changed to Comodo firewall which seems fine and I seem to boot up quicker. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly.

Not too many good ones out there. But here’s a professional list coming from someone who works with computers.http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2358764,00.asp Those are recommended and published by a recognized company. Only install one because you don’t want one anti-virus fighting another. And the person above me Ol’g when you use two anti-spywares you should get one with real-time protection and one that kills spywares. But you could get both in one its called Spyware Blaster. http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

Immunet Protect is a free AntiVirus that does not require credit card information.

And what I personally like about it is that you can run the software side by side with other AV programs for extra protection; which a lot of software does not allow you to do.
