The Error message says
Our robot has detected an abnormal activity from your IP adress
on sending e-mails. Probably it is connected with the last epidemic
of a worm which does not have official patches at the moment.
We recommend you to install this patch to remove worm files
and stop email sending, otherwise your account will be blocked.
It came from a sender named Customer support
Has this happened to anyone before
If I send an email will my account be blocked like it says
It says it was from chubb.com also.

Download or buy an antivirus and scan your computer. Also run an anti spyware program

Do NOT install this “patch”, as it likely is a trojan or a virus. Instead, use your own anti-virus to check your machine. You can also get a free scan from Symantec (symantec.com).
This is bogus, and it is spyware. Get SpyBot Search & Destroy to safely remove spyware. Best of all, it’s free. After installing it, immunize the computer against over 30,000 known pieces of spyware. Then run a full bot check and remove everything it finds using the Fix Selected Problems tab. Keep it updated and run it weekly to keep your computer free of this stuff. Then get Ad-Aware also from download.com and run it the first time doing a Full System Scan. Thereafter, run a Smart Scan daily.

Ignore it. It is a phishing scam that is trying to put a virus on your computer. If you install the “patch” you will be installing the virus yourself.
Change your password
Definitely do not click, just delete.
‘adress’ is misspelled, and the wording is funny too…’probably it is’…’stop email sending’.
I’ve noticed misspellings and funny wording in just about all of the scam emails…I’ve won the international lottery like 15 times and have had 10 or so wealthy relatives in a foreign country leave me everything!!
These are just some things that I noticed, and things I look for in a somewhat official looking email.
That’s my tip for questionable emails! Hope it helps.

Utter rubbish of course. Run an anti virus to be on the safe side but continue to use your email. Make sure you have a firewall and malware scanner. Search the internet for favoured brands or ask her or your friends. Never download anything from an email unless you are sure of its contents.
Go to download.com and download some anti-spywares they have.
